Dr. Losada´s research is aimed at understanding reactions and interactions at the interfaces of colloidal systems to control chemical processes in multiphasic systems. Her research involves the modelization of chemical reactions at interfaces of colloidal systems to understand the role of medium and concentration effects on the distribution of reactants(=bioavailability) between the different regions of the multiphasic system with the collaboration of researchers from Universities of Porto (Portugal), Santiago de Chile (Chile) and Rutgers (USA).
