I am graduated in Agricultural Engineering (2005) and have a degree in Food Science and Technology (2007) and two Master´s degree: Food and Agricultural Science (2008) and Climate Sciences: Meteorology, Physical Oceanography and Climate Change (2012) all from the University of Vigo (Spain). I defence my PhD in 2010. After that, I stayed in a Centre of Meat Research (Spain). Still in 2010, I got a competitive fellow to work as analysis manager at SIMChem-IQAC-CSIC (Barcelona, Spain). Since 2013 I am a member of Food Polyphenol Laboratory (FPL) (www.foodphenolab.com/) at LAQV-REQUIMTE. My research interests go through the knowledge of the role of Polyphenols in Food Quality and Health Applications.
