Amélia Graça obtained a Biochemistry degree and Masters in Biochemistry, specialising in Biomolecular Methods, from the University of Aveiro.
Amélia worked at Colab4Food Association as a junior researcher in R&D, collaborating closely with the University of Aveiro to leverage networking between academia and the Agri-Food sector industry.
She is currently a PhD candidate in the doctoral program in Food Science, Technology, and Nutrition.
