Alireza Mousakhani Ganjeh obtained his master's degree in Food Engineering from the Isfahan University of Technology. Since graduating, he has worked on academic and industrial projects and has published several papers in the field of Food Process Engineering. Currently, Alireza is a PhD student at the University of Aveiro, focusing on assessing the impacts of hyperbaric storage on the quality of seafood.
