(Chemical) Bonding is what makes life possible

Cláudio Almeida completed the Degree in Industrial Chemistry by University of Coimbra and has an MSc degree in Chemistry from the same Institution. Currently, attends the PhD in Chemical Engineering by University of Coimbra, with the related topic "sensor's development for biogenic amines detection", with a grant funded by the Foundation for Science and Technology. He has about 11 years of research experience in the field of chemistry/material chemistry with emphasis on Colloid Chemistry, Nanotechnology, Nanomaterials, Surface Chemistry and Electrochemistry. Cláudio Almeida has been involved in 5 Research Projects. Moreover, he organized 4 national and international events. He published 15 articles in peer review journals, 2 international patents and several communications in national and international scientific events. He supervised and helped more than 12 MSc degree students.
