Veterinary Medical from the Universidade Federal Rural do Semi-Árido - UFERSA, Brazil (2003) and PhD (2009) in Veterinary Sciences from the State University of Ceará - UECE, Brazil. Post-doc (in progress) in food technology at the Associated Laboratory for Green Chemistry (LAQV) of the Network of Chemistry and Technology (REQUIMTE), Porto-Portugal. Associate professor at UFERSA for the Veterinary Medicine and Zootechnics courses, since 2009. Permanent advisor in the Programa de Pós-Graduação em Ambiente, Tecnologia e Sociedade at UFERSA. Professor at the National Bank of Signal Evaluators of the Brazilian Ministry of Education (Ordinance SEI/Inep/MEC n. 376/2023).
