(Chemical) Bonding is what makes life possible

Sandra Lavandeira has a B.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering from the School of Engineering of the Polytechnic of Porto, in 2020, and a M.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering – Energy and biorefinery from the School of Engineering of the Polytechnic of Porto, in 2022. She is currently a student of the Doctoral Program in Sustainable Chemistry, with a PhD scholarship funded by FCT (2022.12979.BDANA), at the Associated Laboratory for Green Chemistry (LAQV) of the Network of Chemistry and Technology (REQUIMTE). Her research interests include Microbiome, Biomonitoring, Occupational Health, and Public Health.
