Bernardo A. C. Ferreira obtained his Biochemistry degree and Masters in Biochemistry, specialising in Biomolecular Methods, from the University of Aveiro.
Has been a research fellow under the cLabel+ project and became a PhD student in Biochemistry at UA. He is currently working on project Agenda VIIAFOOD.
Main research topics of interest: Carbohydrates, Proteins, Carbohydrate-proteins interactions, and Food chemistry.
