Patrícia Sobral is a PhD candidate in Sustainable Chemistry at FCT NOVA, working within the LAQV and Glycoimmunology groups. Her research focuses on glycoimmune targets, including Siglecs, IL-1R1, and PD-1/PD-L1, within the CAR T-Matters project. She previously completed her master’s thesis at Hovione, where she implemented portable NMR as a sustainable alternative to GC for in-process control analysis, reducing solvent use and costs. Her current interests include green chemistry applications in biomedicine, immunotherapy, and analytical method development.
