I am an Assistant Researcher at NOVA FCT with a Ph.D. in Sustainable Chemistry. My research focuses on developing sustainable methodologies for synthesizing cellulose derivatives, including their applications and characterization. Other areas of expertise comprise food chemistry, biochemistry and modification of biopolymers.
