Liliana C. Tomé earned her M.Sc. in Materials Derived from Renewable Resources (2008) from University of Aveiro and her h.D degree in Engineering and Technology Sciences (2014) from ITQB NOVA, Portugal. From 2015 to 2018, she worked as post-doc (SFRH/BPD/101793/2014) at ITQB NOVA. In 2018, she joined POLYMAT - UPV/EHU (Spain) for 2 years with a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Individual Fellowship (Grant nº 745734). Currently, she is an Assistant Researcher (CEECIND.01555.2020) at LAQV-REQUIMTE. Author of 70 publications (H = 30, +2600 citations), her main areas of research are centered on the preparation and characterization of innovative ionic liquid-based materials for advanced gas separation membranes and bioelectronic devices.
