H.M.Saif is a competent chemical engineer. He worked three years at LOTTE Chemical Pakistan Ltd as a process engineer where he worked on cost optimization, water and energy conservation projects. In July 2019, he completed Erasmus Mundus Master in Membrane Engineering awarded by a consortium of three European Universities and got hands-on experience in materials synthesis and membranes fabrication for food and water applications. In October 2019, he was selected as a master research associate in the Laboratory of Membrane Sciences, Universidade NOVA de Lisboa, Portugal, where he is working on the synthesis of lithium selective membranes for its effective recovery from seawater to fulfill the exponential demand of lithium.
