Daniela has obtained a BSc degree in Biology from the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto and a MSc degree in Clinical, Forensic and Analytic Toxicology from the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Porto. She was then a research fellow at the Pharmacognosy Laboratory of the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Porto for a year. At the moment, she is a PhD student in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Specialty in Phytochemistry and Pharmacognosy) and is developing her thesis at the Pharmacognosy Laboratory.
Her scientific career has produced four scientific publications, one oral presentation and three posters.
