Graduated in Chemistry at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto (FCUP) in 2014 and Master in Chemistry (FCUP) in 2016. In academic year 2016/2017 joined a research project intitulated "Study of the location of PCA and its derivatives in mimetic systems by fluorescence extintion". At present, attending PhD in Sustainable Chemistry. Currently the reseacrh focuses on the study of beer aging, apllying several analytical techniques to understand flavour changes in beer over the time.
