Biosketch
Fernando Ramos is an Associate Professor with tenure of the University of Coimbra, Pharmacy – Portugal (https://www.uc.pt/ffuc) and Senior Research of REQUIMTE/LAQV (https://laqv.requimte.pt/) He has collaborated with EFSA (European Food Safety Authority), being a member of the FEEDAP Scientific Panel. He has an Hindex of 42 and 17 papers with more 100 citations.
In addition, he is Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Coimbra since 2021, Roster of JECFA (Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives) and member of the Portuguese Pharmaceutical Society and of the Portuguese Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Iberoamerican Academy of Pharmacy and corresponding member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Spanish Academy and Castilla y León Academy of Pharmacy. He served as President of COIFFA (Iberoamerican Conference of Faculties of Pharmacy) from November, 2021, till October, 2023, being Adjunct Vice-President since October, 2023.
