Auxiliary Professor at the Department of Veterinary Sciences of EUVG. Collaborates in the Food Safety Master - FFUC and the Regulation and Evaluation of Medicines and Health products Master - FFUL. Develops research primarily related with analysis of the quality and safety of food and feed. Other research areas include pedagogical practices. She has participated in 2 projects/ interlaboratorial assays, supervised 32 MSc dissertations in both Veterinary Medicine and Food Safety, published 27 indexed peer-reviewed papers,5 papers in peer-reviewed journals, 5 book chapters, 1 e-book, presented 58 poster and 30 oral communications in both national and international scientific meetings.
