Liliana Cordeiro has a BSc and MSc degree in biochemistry from the University of Trás os Montes e Alto Douro (UTAD).
Currently she is a PhD student in Animal Science - SANFEED (Sustainable Animal Nutrition and Feeding) Doctoral Programme. Her work intends to identify and detect potential biomarkers, resulting from ruminal fermentation in a non-invasive samples for future application in diagnosis of metabolic and digestive diseases such as sub-acute ruminal acidosis (SARA). Her work is supervised by Dra. Inês M. Valente, Professor Ana Rita Cabrita and Dr. Hugo M. Oliveira.
