Marta Nunes finished her PhD in Sustainable Chemistry in 2016. Currently, she is a hired researcher at LAQV@REQUIMTE group (Porto, Portugal). Her current research focuses on the chemistry of carbon-based (nano)materials and their composites with metal oxides for application as electrocatalysts in advanced energy-related technologies and in environmental remediation. Until now, she published 17 papers in international peer-reviewed journals and 1 book chapter, presented about 30 oral/poster communications in national/international meetings, was co-supervisor of 8 students, is/was team member of 9 projects, was member of the organizing committee of several scientific initiatives, and has been involved in various international collaborations.
