Ana Isabel Barbosa is a PhD student in the International Doctoral Programme BiotechHealth (since 2020 - ICBAS), has a master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry (2017 - FFUP) and a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (2012 - FCUP). She published one book chapter, 15 peer-reviewed papers, participated in 4 funded projects as research fellow, attended several advanced courses, authored and co-authored 23 oral communications and 19 posters. She also collaborated in the laboratory supervision of national and ERASMUS students, cooperated in the laboratory classes of "Nanotherapeutics and Nanodiagnosis" curricular unit and co-authored 2 Best Poster Communications in Chemistry Area (IJUP).
