A call for 8 PhD scholarships in Chemistry and related areas was launched!
The scholarships are funded by Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia (FCT) under a Collaboration Protocol with the Research Unit – Associated Laboratory for Green Chemistry (LAQV).
Aiming to support advanced training, the PhD studentships will be granted to develop research work under the Doctoral Programme in Sustainable Chemistry at the Universities of Aveiro, Nova of Lisbon, or Porto.

Applications and all the supporting documents must be submitted exclusively at the platform from the 15th of December 2021 to the 14th of January 2022.
The PhD in Sustainable Chemistry is a multidisciplinary program in the central/broad area of chemistry, aiming at providing new focus on sustainable research strategies towards the development of new chemical, processes and products in line with current needs of the Chemical Industry and the demands of society. It aims at attracting back to Chemistry the young talents lost during the last two decades, since it plans to play a pivotal role in solving many of the current and future societal problems.
