LAQV-REQUIMTE, through the BiomoHealth Twinning Project, is launching an International Training Course titled:
“Genetic and Phenotypic Analysis on Phytopathogens.”
This course will be jointly organized by REQUIMTE/University of Porto (UP) and Wageningen University & Research (WUR).
- Online theoretical–practical sessions (live via Microsoft Teams): December 5th, 10th, and 11th, 2025
- In-person practical sessions: January 15th–16th, 2026, at the Faculty of Sciences, University of Porto (FCUP)
The course will focus on molecular and biochemical approaches for pathogen detection, identification, and characterization. Participants will also explore novel strategies for early detection and genome-based analysis to support innovative preventive measures in phytopathogen monitoring and control.
Additional Information:
- No participation fees
- Certificate of completion issued by the organizing committee
