Daniela Ribeiro is Assistant Professor at University of the Azores. She has a Master in Pharmaceutical Sciences (2010) and a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences-specialty of Pharmaceutical and Medicinal Chemistry (2014), by Faculty of Pharmacy of University of Porto. Her research activity is focused on the study of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities of polyphenols and she currently is the responsible researcher of a funded scientific project, at LAQV@REQUIMTE. She is the co-author of 5 book chapters, has several publications in indexed international journals (h-index of 19, Scopus) and has oral/poster communications presented in national and international meetings. She is Editor and reviewer of several indexed international journals.
