Eduarda Pereira is associate professor, coordinator of Central Laboratory of Analysis and an integrated member of research unit Centre for environmental studies on environment and sea (CESAM) at the University of Aveiro (h-index=44). She has internationally recognized experience on environmental quality assessment namely on remediation of contaminated aquatic systems. She has been coordinating the work of several Master (59), PhD students (15) and Pos-Doc (8), allowing for the development of scientific and technological knowledge on water remediation. She has been involved in several Portuguese and European projects and published circa 300 research papers. She has been Editor of 2 books and 12 international book chapters.
