Rosa Couto, MD (University of Minho, Portugal) and PharmD (University of Porto, Portugal), is a PhD student in Pharmaceutical Sciences within the PhD Programme in Medicines and Pharmaceutical Innovation (i3DU). During graduation she did a 6-month stay in the Laboratory of Analytical Chemistry of the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Valladolid (Spain) under ERASMUS Programme, after which she subsequently held a Lectureship at Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Porto (FFUP, Portugal), 2 years before engaging her PhD project in 2016. Recently, she was a visiting student at Oxford University (England, UK), working in Professor Richard Compton's group, and is presently working on her fourth and last year of DPhill at FFUP.
