We invite you to participate in the Webinar “Spent yeast polysaccharides: opportunities to create value”, which will be held on July 26th, 2022.

This event is organized in the framework of the project Yeast4FoodMed- “Valorisation of Brewer’s Spent Yeast Polysaccharides for Food and Biomedical applications” (PTDC/BAA-AGR/30936/2017) and aims to share knowledge and promote scientific discussion regarding yeast cell wall polysaccharides. The webinar will address topics from valorisation, chemical structure, potential food and biomedical applications.
