The LAQV Laboratório de Análises, operating since 2002 in the Chemistry Department of NOVA FCT, has been awarded the "Green" certification by the international organisation My Green Lab, the highest level based on the depth and breadth of sustainable practices adopted.

My Green Lab aims at accelerating a global culture of sustainability in Science and their certification sets the global benchmark, guiding labs in over 50 countries to reduce waste, conserve energy and cut carbon emissions.

My Green Lab goals could not be more aligned with the LAQV mission!
